Shipfix allows tagging of Emails, Orders, Tonnage, and Fixtures which enables you to set up workflows and quickly build custom lists.
Note: Tags in operate independently and are not shared between Emails, Orders, Tonnage and Fixtures.
There are a total of 9 different categories of tags, of which all are public shared tags except Private tags. Shared tags are viewable by all users in the organisation and can be freely accessed or utilised by anyone.
People Tag
People tags are system-generated tags of members within your organisation who are using Shipfix. The name tags are displayed based on the First Name and Last Name entered into the user's Profile. By tagging a teammate you will be able to send them a notification that can be found in the bell icon, on the top right of the platform.
Teams Tag
Team tags are created by users with Owner or Manager roles and can be used to group users within a single tag. Grouping of users is done in the admin user's Profile under General > Users. All users linked to a team tag will receive a notification whenever an object is tagged with it.
Jobs Tag
Job tags are created by users to group all emails related to a particular fixture for handover to the Operations team. Only tags which are created as Jobs will be available for use in the Jobs List.
Ships Tag
Ship tags are system-generated tags of all vessels in the platform.
Ports Tag
Port tags are system-generated tags of all ports in the platform.
Companies Tag
Companies tags are system-generated tags of all accounts within the platform.
Shared Tag
Shared tags are user-created tags that will be visible to all users who have access to a tagged object.
Private Tag
Private tags are user-created tags that will be visible only to the user who created it.
Folders Tag
Folders tag are system-generated when a user creates a folder. Folder tags are used to tag email objects to categorise emails according to the folders to which they have been assigned.
